Intercontinental Championship Match
Shawn Michaels vs. Kamala

This is just one of those matches that feels like two eras clashing. Kamala hits a clothesline and hits a few chops before Michaels rolls out of the ring. Michaels goes to work on Kamala's knee. Kamala mounts a comeback and tosses Michaels over the top rope. Kamala hits a thrust to the throat and follows it up with a splash. Michaels is on his stomach and Kamala again doesn't know how to pin him. Earl Hebner even tries to help him out. Diesel gets on the apron, distracting Kamala. Michaels hits the superkick from behind and gets the pinfall victory. Kamala attacks Michaels after the match and in walks Diesel. This was about what you would expect.

Match Rating: *1/2 (out of 5)

Vince McMahon introduces Yokozuna to the ring. They talk about the Stars & Stripes Challenge, which just leads to the fans chanting "USA". We then get a few athletes and Tatanka talking about picking up Yokozuna.

The Smoking Gunns vs. Iron Mike Sharpe & Barry Horowitz

We get the jobber dream team here tonight. Billy cleans house, taking care of both opponents right of the bat. The Gunns to continue to dominate until Horowitz pulls out a few nice moves. He and Sharpe miss with a double clothesline and Bart follows up with one of his own. He tags in Billy, who hits some more dropkicks. They hit their finisher and get the victory.

Match Rating: 1/2*

They show highlights of the 1-2-3 Kid/Razor Ramon match from last week.

Money Inc. joins Vince McMahon in the ring for an interview. Oh joy. Ted DiBiase talks about how stupid Razor Ramon has been with the 1-2-3 Kid and the crowd starts chanting "Razor". Did I miss something? IRS calls "Michigan University" a simpleton university. If such a school existed, I'm sure it would be. I'm still confused on the fans chanting for Razor. There has always been a portion of the audience cheering him, but not the whole audience.

Adam Bomb vs. BJ Walker

If only Bomb could wrestle, I still think this gimmick could have been a lot bigger than it was. Bomb hits a side suplex on poor Beej. I like Raven, but unlike guys such as Heenan, Jimmy Hart and Slick, he just looks like a guy wearing a costume playing a character. Bomb hits the Atom Smasher and gets the victory.

Match Rating: 1/4*

Bastion Booger vs. Crush

Heenan says he has a big scoop and it's that Bastion Booger is Hillary Clinton's brother. The action spills to the outside and Booger throws Crush into the ring post. Booger puts on a bear hug. Does anyone know why Booger got a second chance after the disaster that was Friar Ferguson? Crush fights out and hits three body slams and this is of course to hype up Crush slamming Yokozuna. Crush gets the easy pinfall victory. This was absolutely horrible.

Match Rating: 0 Stars

Randy Savage is at the Meadowlands with Joe Morris. Vince thinks that somewhere there is an American that is going to slam Yokozuna. I don't see it happening.

To put it nicely, this wasn't a good episode. Between Bastion Booger, an Adam Bomb squash and a Money Inc. interview, the back half was particularly terrible. There's always next week
