Lillian Garcia is about to announce the opening match, but she's interrupted by DX's match. JR says that they are scheduled to have a major announcement tonight. Instead though, we get Randy Orton and Edge dressed up as Shawn Michaels and Triple H respectively. They come out and insult the crowd and insult DX, so of course DX comes out. Triple H makes fun of both and eventually Orton wants Triple H tonight and after some more cringe jokes, Triple H accepts. It turns into a brawl and DX wins that battle.

In somewhat of a sad timing issue, they show Nick and Aaron Carter in attendance.

Spirit Squad vs. Cryme Tyme

Apparently this was an open challenge and so Cryme Tyme finally gets to make their debut. This is WWE's favorite story trope. JTG hits a nice counter into a double neckbreaker before tagging in Shad. He cleans house and the crowd is starting to respond. They hit their finisher and that's all. They tried to portray it as they stole the match because they hit their finisher behind the back of the ref, but it was a pretty standard finish. Cryme Tyme looked solid enough here though in their debut.

Match Rating: 3/4*

During the commercial break, Kenny is upset and storms off.

Johnny Nitro and Melina are with Todd Grisham to talk about their A list celebrity friend that they're going to unveil. They say that we'll find out when they want us to find out.

King Booker and Queen Sharmell are with Jonathan Coachman. Coach tells them to take advantage of his office and food. In walks Cryme Tyme to also take advantage of the free food and steal Booker's wallet.

Fatal Four Way For The Intercontinental Championship
Chris Masters vs. Super Crazy vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Jeff Hardy

After some brawling, we get a cool spot where Hardy goes for his mule kick in the corner, but Super Crazy catches him and throws him to the floor. Crazy then goes to the top, but Shelton leaps up and goes for the superplex. Masters is up though and they hit the tower of doom spot as we go into the commercial break. When we come back, Hardy is going for a Twist Of Fate on Masters, but he shoves him right into a Shelton superkick. Masters dumps Hardy out of the ring and he and Shenton start to brawl. Super Crazy interrupts with a missile dropkick on Shelton and a nearfall on Masters. Masters locks in the Master Lock on Super Crazy, but Shelton hits a springboard blockbuster on Masters to break the hold. Hardy comes back to the action and hits a Whisper In The Wind. Benjamin is dumped out and then Super Crazy on top of him. He hits the Twist Of Fate and Swanton Bomb on Masters and retains his title. That was a good TV match that was built around the biggest star of the match.

Booker is with police until Big Show walks in. They do a little bit of jarring until Vince walks in. He wants to know where John Cena is and tells them that he thinks they will be very interested to know what his announcement is.

Johnny Nitro and Melina are here to announce their A list guest. It's Kevin Federline and I think he comes out to boos, but I can't tell because of the overdubbed entrance music. He tells the crowd to start treating the three of them with respect. Federline is just loving this and honestly is a pretty natural heel here. Melina asks him to debut one of his songs, but Federline tells them they have to wait until October 31st when the album comes out. As they are leaving, Cena's music hits. Cena says he's rusty and not up to the standards of a Federline, but he's going to give us a rap tonight. He and Nitro go at it and he tosses him out of the ring. Out comes Big Show followed by King Booker and then Mr. McMahon. He announces that fans will be voting for which title will be on the line at Cyber Sunday. Everyone leaves except Cena and Federline. He invites him back into the ring to ask him which title he will be voting for and he says Cena's. Cena shakes his hand and gives him a FU.

Rob Conway vs. Carlito

Remember Rob Conway? Carlito hits a springboard reverse elbow and eventually the Backstabber for the easy victory. After the match he takes a bite of the apple and spits it in the face of Conway.

Match Rating: 1/4*

Edge and Lita compliment Vince about his idea for the main event. Vince sees he and Orton in a match with DX at Cyber Sunday. Edge proposes that the fans should vote for the referee for the match. They give Coach, Eric Bischoff and Vince as options.

They bring out Steve-O and Chris Pontius in the ring. Armando Alejandro Estrada comes out and they tell him that they will do anything, so he brings out Umaga. Umaga of course destroys them and then Steve-O starts to laugh. So Umaga comes back in and beats him up some more. He hits a top rope splash and Steve-O is still laughing. Umaga comes in and beats him up some more. This is kind of a more infamous moment from this era.

WWE Women's Championship First Round Fatal Four Way Bra & Panties Match
Candice Michelle vs. Maria vs. Victoria vs. Torrie Wilson

How many more stipulations could they cram into this? Candice quickly takes Maria's top off and Victoria hits a spinning side suplex before ripping off Torrie's top. Candice holds down Victoria and Torrie rips off Victoria's pants. Candice dances for some reason and Maria rips off Torrie's pants to pick up the victory. Torrie walks away disappointed in Maria as she celebrates. It will be Mickie vs. Melina and Lita vs. Maria in the second round.

Match Rating: 1/4*

Triple H vs. Randy Orton

Triple H sidesteps Orton and throws him over the top, with Orton selling his knee as we go into the commercial. When we come back, Triple H hits a suplex and a knee drop for a 2 count. Lita is on her way to the ring and it distracts Triple H enough for Orton to take advantage. Edge then hits a DDT on the outside behind the referee's back. Triple H mounts a comeback and hits the high knee. Orton counters that with a thumb to the eye, but gets hit with a knee to the face. Orton hits his inverted backbreaker and he is still selling the knee injury from earlier. He goes for the RKO, but gets hit with a spinebuster instead. Edge comes from behind while Lita is distracting the referee and hits a low blow. Michaels is now distracting the ref and Orton has a chair. Lita tries to get in, the ref goes to her and Shawn hits a low blow. Triple H grabs the chair and hits Orton with it and picks up the victory. I'm sure that he didn't hear the chair shot. This was a very basic match with even basic interference.

Match Rating: **

This was a pretty good show with the Intercontinental match providing some good in ring action, the infamous Steve-O/Umaga segment and Kevin Federline both being memorable. There wasn't a lot of storyline to sink your teeth into, but it was a lively show that did it's job.

Overall Rating: 60%
