The three tag teams take one more minute to beg you to pay to vote for them. Randy Savage is the guest commentator this week.

Diesel vs. Virgil

Future nWo members square off! Virgil avoids an elbow in the corner and works on the arm for a second, but Diesel destroys him with a sidewalk slam. We get lots a bear hugs from Diesel here because there is no move that I love more than the bear hug. Virgil miraculously keeps his arm up on the third drop and hits a leaping clothesline for a close call that the fans bought. It leads to Diesel beheading Virgil with a big boot. He hits the Jackknife and that is all. I have a soft spot for Virgil and minus the bear hug, everything was well done.

Match Rating: *

Jerry Lawler is out for King's Court and Randy Savage is ripping on Lawler for wasting air time. He's being carried out just as Savage was during his Macho King days. One of the men carrying out Lawler is none other than D'Lo Brown. Lawler then is accidentally dumped and takes a spill to the floor as we go into commercial break. Looking at the replay, Lawler did a pretty good job of making that look like a nasty spill. His guest tonight is Lex Luger, who keeps laughing at Lawler. Lawler then once again shows the WrestleMania X replay. Luger gets all fired up and says he's going to take Mr. Perfect out. I bet he doesn't.

Sparky Plugg vs. Barry Horowitz

We've got 50% of the Underdogs from Survivor Series 1995 squaring off here. We get Mr. Perfect on the phone, which Savage rips on him for. It's shocking that the New York crowd doesn't care about a race car driver. Meanwhile, Sparky hits a top rope knee drop for the easy victory. Both the crowd and the announce team didn't care, which is never a good thing for the viewer at home to see.

Match Rating: 1/4*

WWF Tag Team Championship Match
Quebecers vs. Men On A Mission

The fans voted for a WrestleMania rematch, assuming it was legit. Mo and Mabel dominate the early going, but the champs are quick to turn things around. They do a double drop on Mo onto the top rope and follow it up with a clothesline from Pierre. Mo is able to flip Pierre over the top rope to the floor. Jacques throws him back in the ring and they hit a double clothesline. Jacques accidentally clocks Pierre and we get a hot tag to Mabel. Mabel misses with a splash and Jacques launches Pierre off the top rope with a shoulder tackle. Savage keeps insisting that the Quebecers did a switcharoo earlier, but they didn't. Mo gets thrown over the top rope and then attacked by Johnny Polo. Mabel body slams Polo, but the Quebecers hit their finisher and that is all. This was nothing spectacular or anything, but I still really enjoyed it. The older I get, the more I enjoy Jacques Rougeau.

Match Rating: **3/4

Next week it's Bret Hart vs. Kwang on Raw. They then show highlights of the Easter egg tradition at the White House. Doink and Dink were there, as were the Bushwhackers.

IRS is now in the ring to remind us that we only have 4 days left to pay your taxes, especially Tatanka. They then go back to Jerry Lawler and they show him falling again.

I enjoyed this episode quite a bit. The Diesel squash was well executed and the main event was very entertaining old school fun. Even 27 years later, it's so easy to pick out which episodes were actually live and how much better they tend to be.

Overall Rating: 62%
