We are getting Sparky Plugg vs. Jeff Jarrett in a rematch and an episode of Heartbreak Hotel. Lawler goes on to rip Bret Hart and that Owen Hart will be the next champion.

Koko B. Ware vs. IRS

I wonder how Koko feels about the actions of his former tag team partner? He's obviously still clinging onto the team, as he's wearing the neon taxi cab outfit here. Koko quickens the pace and knocks IRS out of the ring with a dropkick to the chest. He misses with a 2nd rope reverse crossbody and IRS hits him with a reverse elbow. Koko makes a comeback and starts flapping his wings. It doesn't last long, as IRS hits a vertical suplex. IRS puts on his new submission, the Penalty, which is an ugly STF. This was okay.

Match Rating: *1/2

We then get another recap of Mr. Perfect and Lex Luger from WrestleMania.

Jeff Jarrett vs. Sparky Plugg

Jarrett attacks Plugg before the bell and continues it outside the ring. Jarrett hits him with a second rope fist and a vertical suplex. Sparky makes some small attempts to make a comeback, but Jarrett is able to stop his momentum. Plugg misses off the top rope, but then avoids a dropkick from Jarrett. He charges at Jarrett, but gets a knee to the face. Jarrett covers him and gets his feet on the ropes for the victory. Sparky pleads his case to the referee about what happened. Out comes Dink to help with Plugg's defense. Jarrett chases him out of the ring and is greeted to a bucket of water from Doink. This was a little bit better than last week's match.

Match Rating: **

Next week it's Kwang vs. Tatanka. Talk about stacking the card.

Headshrinkers vs. Phil Apollo & Emilio Ulacia

This Nikolai Volkoff story just keeps going on. The Headshrinkers attack early on and hit the Doomsday Device (?) for the victory in less than a minute. They interact with Nikolai on their way to the back.

Match Rating: 1/4*

It's time for the Heartbreak Hotel and Shawn Michaels' guest is Bret Hart. He says that he lost to Owen, but it was just one match. He also keeps going back to his first title reign, where he was all about defending his title against anyone and everyone.

Chris Hammrick vs. 1-2-3 Kid

They show that Adam Bomb is on the cover of WWF Magazine, which makes no sense. He was nothing but a jobber at this point. This is one of the famous dives from Hammrick that are all over Twitter where he goes right through the ropes. Kid follows up with a diving kick to the outside. Kid puts on a variation of a half crab with Hammrick's leg over his head. More Kid please.

Match Rating: 1/2*

More IRS tax tips. God, help us all.

Yokozuna vs. Terry Stubbs

They do an advertisement for Greetings On Call during the match and if their goal was to get you not to use it, then they did a great job. Undertaker and Paul Bearer singing "Happy Birthday" to Helen Hart for Jerry Lawler and this is hilarious. Meanwhile, Yokozuna squashes Stubbs and no one cares.

Match Rating: 1/4*

Fink runs over some of the matches on the WrestleMania Revenge Tour.

Superstars is never a home run of a show. However, it often drags on and on and they seemingly have fixed that with the new format. There are so much less of the studio spots and it makes the show feel a lot more fast-paced than before. This was nothing special, but it was entertaining enough.

Overall Rating: 48%
